"We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. "Hotel's location is very great. You can walking around for shopping and sightseeing. Hotel is center for visit famous place of Pune by car for 10-30 mins. Receptionist are nice. They smile and helper, give Pune information and offer free bus for place not far . Room rate is resonable, convinence suitable for 2 person. Breakfast is delicious We are refreshing when we wake up.
