"Great location next to Westbahnhof but far enough from all the noise. Mariahilfer street with all the shopping takes you to the heart of Vienna in 20 minutes. Rooms perfectly clean and rather new but basic and small. Breakfast good."

The a/c turns off when you leave the room and this apparently cannot be remedied. This is not our first stay at this hotel, and we took the offered upgrade for this room. We found it very difficult to sleep in the heat. Otherwise, the hotel was good. "

"It was a nice stay for me and my wife. Very central and convenient location. Bathroom is gorgeous with a nice free-standing bathtub that my wife enjoyed. It’s an older building and floors throughout our room were very squeaky. Bed was ok. Breakfast was really good. I would probably stay there again."
