As our company constantly tries to find new ways of improvement so that it can offer the best possible services, we really value your comments. Hoteliers reply: “Dear Sir / Madam I am really sorry that I could not seem worthy of your expectations, as you mention. Kindly be informed that your reservation was for one Double Promo Standard Room for 2 adults with 1 Child. Upon arrival I found out that you had 2 children, aged 11 and 6 years. I've upgraded your room free of charge, in order for you to feel more comfortable. Please note that the room type you have booked can accommodate maximum 3 persons. Furthermore, there were other guests on the same dates you stayed with us and they had their breakfast served as usual, maybe for 10 minutes I was away to take care of other matters for the hotel and my cellphone had bad reception.
