Hi there, We have never had bed bug issues before or after your stay. After you informed us about your problem we changed your bed and sheets right away. We inspected your old sheets and bed and did not find any bugs at all. There have been other guests after you had left, who stayed in the same bed and sit in the same bean bag chair and no one else had any issues. Also your pictures do not look like bed bug bites, they are more like mosqitoes or ant bites. Bed bug bites are normally in a line or in a group and yours are spread out. We provided you funds and supplies to do your laundry and noticed you did not clean your clothes. We also provided you a cash refund for a credit payment, yet you were still not happy. We here at Doolay Hostel take this matter seriously and provided the proper remediation steps to try and make you happy. We also would like future guests to know that we will be taking more steps to ensure there are absolutely no bed bugs. Thank you,
