We had a friend stay with us which we had booked a room for when we arrived they said they unfortunately booked him into their sister hotel down the road. He had just travelled 8 hours to see us there was no way we would have him in the hotel down the road so after 3 hours of arguing we were told we could be put up in the sister hotel for one night with him and then back to the yug villa for our remaining 3 nights. And we informed the staff regarding hot water I mean to say Gizzar was not working when we inform them they told that u have book the hotel probably 10 days before and u have to inform us regarding the hot water then we will make it arrange they said. It was tooo cold and they never gave us hot water I wish I could give them Zero. They are unprofessional. Never ever wish to stay they’re again if they provide us for freee also. Worst experience "
