Check in and check out was so easy. When I lost my card key they just gave me a new one without any problem. Super kind and easy check in process! The rooms were large and spacious. Directly across train station! Convenient!

Convenient for the station and the venue attended. Suffers from a lack of air-conditioning which given that the lowest temperature at night was 23C made sleep hard. The windows opened but there was little airflow and noises form the bar one floor below that went on till after midnight did not help. After that the flamingos took over. In the heat not easy but could be pleasant otherwise. Food was excellent and enjoyable however.

I booked a single room and I got a so called "Appartment" with a big room at least 7 beds a kitchen and a cradle(!), no mirror. I was not a nice atmosphere. Moreover, there was no hotel reception and I had to wait at the reception in the restaurant for several minutes. The gentleman here was not friendly at all.

Comfortable apartment with good beds. Location is excellent, area is busy, but windows isolate well. Our apartment had a kitchen, but it was badly equipped. No coffeemachine (though the instant coffee was excellent), no microwave. No usable pans; lots of knives and forks, no spoons. Fridge had no shelves, so everything had to be piled up. Bathroom was nice and new. Would we stay there again? Perhaps.

The toilett of room 16 smelled of sewerage. Dust on TV. A lot of noise from outside - the restaurant and some kind of machine. The ventilator was defect and made a lot of noise. Cleaning team made not a very professional impression.

Room itself was serviceable, however WiFi was non-existent (the booklet explaining steps to connect in the room was possibly out of date as no routers were listed with the names given) - when trying to connect to the bar guest WiFi this cut out continously. Both nights I stayed the garden furniture was dragged quite loudly across the floor at around 11pm which wasn't the most conducive of sleep. For the price the room is very central, but a lack of air conditioning combined with the low air flow even with one window opened meant it was very difficult to get a good sleep. Overall I'd say the hotel is probably fine (albeit a bit expensive) in the Spring/Autumn/Winter time, but one to avoid during the height of summer.
