Short stay

Good reasonably central location for Karlsruhe. Convenient underground parking. Trams run directly past hotel entrance and can be a bit noisy at night/ early morning as they pass, but this is to be expected in the location. Rooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful

Just stayed in the room for short period but rooms were clean and reception very helpful. No bar available but local bars near hotel and everything is in walking distance.

It was easy access and easy to find the parking space.The room was clean and good enough for 3 of us.Though the 3rd bed could have been better.Walkable distance from all the areas.Would def stay here agai. If i visit Karlsruhe.

Avoid - waste of money

Our flight was delayed so we arrived 2 hour later. Midnight instead of 10pm. No one there to check us in, hotel locked and not answering the phone. Left us stranded in middle of night and had to pay extra for a hotel 30 mins away

The whole room seemed outdated and could use a renovation. The window frames seemed a bit moldy, the curtain wasn't properly attached to the rail. The surroundings were very noisy, which made it hard to sleep. The person cleaning the room left their brush in my bathroom. I would have expected much better for the price.

Nothing "Ruhe" about this hotel

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is positioned at an extremely busy intersection, so even in a room on the 4th floor, the traffic and noise is considerable. The room resounds with the constant rumbling of the tram (Straßenbahn), which also screeches as it turns the corner. To make matters worse, there was construction in the building, which produced a symphony of drilling and pounding sounds beginning around 8am. Impossible even to have a phone conversation. I stayed here for 6 days and was quite actually exhausted from the lack of sleep. I took note of the hotel manager yelling at the housecleaning staff about not working fast enough (the man didn't even stop his berating as I walked by). Others have mentioned the breakfast, which is decent. The staff in the breakfast area were always friendly, and if anything needed to be replenished, they were happy to do so.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, aber es ist laut. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind zwar leise, aber kein schöner Ausblick (verrostete Geräte und Lüftungen). Personal war sehr freundlich, aber auch sehr langsam (Grund ist ggf. die Technik, who know's...). Jedenfalls: wir haben beim CHeck-in ca. 20min gewartet und auschecken war ähnlich. Frühstuck ist nichts besonderes, aber für den Preis okay. Hygiene könnte noch etwas verbessert werden.

Toll gelegen - Idealer Ausgangspunkt

Zentrale Lage, bequemes Bett, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Die fehlende Klimaanlage wurde durch einen Ventilator ausgeglichen. Hat gepasst und man kann die Fenster öffnen. Alles in allem wirklich gut.

Ich fandest zuschade für das geld im bad war schimmel, der boden war dreckigi, das bett war aus gefanzt, es war ne katasteopfe. Dann gab es ein anderes zimmer da das selbe das zimmer war dreckig aber noch so schlimm was schlimm war da waren überall spinnen Also würde ich nicht empfehlen essen war keine große auswahl aber die innenstadt war sehr nah das war okay.

Das Zimmer war recht klein und das Bett leider für uns zu weich. Kein Kühlschrank. Ansonsten war alles okay - das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten lediglich ein Problem den Eingang zu finden. Und da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind und die Tiefgarage zu war, war es etwas schwierig zu parken um einzuchecken.
