schwierig findbares Hotel, nur mit Lift erreichbar

Zum einen war der Zugang sehr umständlich, Es stand nicht in der Beschreibung, dass das Hotel kein eigenes Parkhaus hat. Weiterhin - und bedeutend gravierender - hat das Hotel keinen gut erkennbaren Eingang und es ist ausschliesslich über einen Lift im 3. OG erreichbar. Wieso steht soetwas nicht in der Beschreibung??? Nur mit Beharlichkeit und der Hilfsbereitschaft der Rezeptionistin war es möglich, einen Schlüssel für den Notausgang zu erhalten. Es gibt nämlich auch Menschen, die keine Lift fahren möchten!!! Das Frühstück war OK, wenn ich auch am 2. Morgen nicht beachtet wurde und erst am Ende meines Frühstücks bemerkt wurde und nach Kaffee oder Tee gefragt wurde - traurig! Also empfehlen kann man dies nur, wenn wirklich nichts anderes mehr frei ist und ein 90x90cm kleiner Lift nicht zu klaustrophobischen Anfällen führt. Sauber war das Hotel, lediglich die heute leider üblichen schimmligen Silikonfugen in der Dusche waren auch hier auffindbar. Schade....

Katastrophal

Zimmer war mega klein in 5. Stock wie ein Flur (breite 1m). zu teuer für laute Zimmer und zu wenig Frühstück. Check out: die nette Dame am Empfang meinte dass ich nochmal bezahlen sollte, obwohl Buchung bereits mit Mastercard über Hotels.com bezahlt war
