Everything about Trip Inn was perfect. Breakfast was awesome- American sized cups of coffee, variety of breads & jams, yogurts and traditional European-fare. Room was great. Staff was considerate and helpful! About the only negative I can say, our bathroom was really tiny! The other member of our party had a much larger bathroom, each room is different.

Poor service and overall quality

There were no smokedetector in the room, this had been removed. We made the reception aware of this, yet they not do anything. No one refilled toilet paper or handsoap. The breakfast was not appetizing. The hotel had a bad smell to it. They also offered a babybed to our baby, but it did not have a mattress, so we could not use it. Our baby slept on the floor in a table we turned upside down. Overall we were not so happy with our stay. The WiFi did not work either. The hotel has a good location.

My parents stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It’s a good hotel for maybe an overnight, but not to stay any longer. The staff were friendly, but the hotel was very noisy. The walls are thin and at midnight or 3am you could hear people upstairs walking or talking loudly on their phones, and also people from outside shouting The hotel offered sauna and gym facilities, but the sauna didn’t work at all and the gym is very small and it doesn’t have enough tools for a proper exercise.

Dirty towels from the start that were simply hung back up instead of being changed (though I had put them on the floor to be changed), a horrible smell in the wardrobe, a shower that fell half apart when opening/closing, TV as well as half the lamps were not working, and so many more small things that just felt uncomfortable. For the price you can’t expect a luxury hotel but a basic level of cleanliness should be offered.. I’m not going to come back.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid this hotel at ALL costs. I booked two rooms for five people — one triple and one double. However, upon arrival, one of the rooms (Room 43) had an absolutely unbearable smell, like something had died in there. It was disgusting. We immediately reported it to the receptionist, who offered to move us to another room — but it was only a single. So, instead of the triple and double rooms I paid for, we ended up squeezing five people into a double and a single. This is completely unacceptable. Worse still, in the single room, there were exposed electrical cables (I’ve attached a picture). My 2-year-old child touched them and almost got an electric shock. This is not just a matter of comfort — this is a serious safety hazard. The entire hotel smells bad, is not clean, and looks absolutely nothing like the photos online. Those must have been taken 20 years ago when the place was new. Now, it’s old, run-down, and dirty. We weren’t the only ones complaining — we saw several other guests going to reception to sort out various issues. Clearly, this is not an isolated incident. Bonus extra: mini fridge with mould in it (pictures showing) I would never recommend this hotel to anyone — especially families with children. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Lad mig starte med det positive: Sengetøjet var rent og medarbejderne var venlige, morgenmaden var acceptabel. Og så det negative: badeværelserne var ikke rene, der var sort mug i hjørnerne og når man lukkede brusekabinen. Der bliver ikke gjort rent i hjørnerne, hverken i badeværelse eller værelse. vi fandt både hår og gammelt toiletpapir på gulvet i badeværelset. Der er ingen madrasbeskytter på madrasserne, bare et tyndt lagen. Madrassen i det ene værelse havde blodpletter. Bruseren i det ene værelse sprøjtede vand i alle retninger. Bygning og værelser var generelt meget slidt. Der lugtede af røg, maskeret af store mængder parfume.
