"First, you need to walk many stairs with your heavy suitcases before you get to the elevator. The spa area and the reception areas did not look very attractive. The

is small. Also located on the steep heal - prepare to walk. We stayed in the deluxe room - spacious, good size bathroom. Very good breakfast. Staff speaks mostly Czech and Russian. If you are an English speaker only, you will have some difficulties communicating. However, we speak Russian, so for us it was just fine. "
