They informed me that they can't take the credit card for payment therefore I had to go to the bank and withdraw money. when I arrived, The room was tidy but It was too cold. i couldn't sleep. i also found out that bin in toilet was full. i guess that they forgot to empty the bin. i would never recommend this hotel in winter season.

Lots of positives but...

If you enjoy a Finnish style sauna and spa, and German style breakfast, this is the place for you. A few cultural differences like charging your cc before you arrive (told to qualify our "credit worthiness" ..) and not allowing our 1 year old baby boy to sleep in a large bed between us (a hotel policy we were told).. the staff were professional but did not make us feel like we were welcome to return. Too bad really. The property is charming, historical and quaint. Check closely if you are going to be put in the converted barn or the castle. Read the fineprint.

Abgelegenes, sehr ruhiges Hotel ca. 13 km entfernt vom Zentrum Karlsbad. In der Nacht nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Imposante schlossähnliche Villa, auch das Innere (wir hatten die Suite im Haupthaus) ist sehr beeindruckend (Himmelbett, Stilmöbel, große Räume etc.). Das Frühstücksbuffet war großteils in Ordnung, aber nicht so feudal wie die Räume. Großer Pluspunkt: Whirlpool und Hallenbad mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf die Landschaft, besonders am Morgen bei Sonnenschein. Zwei kleine Minuspunkte: Die Minibar ist äußerst spärlich bestückt (kein Bier, kein Wein) und es ist unmöglich, nach 21 Uhr noch irgendwo im Haus ein Getränk zu bekommen. Angesichts der abgelegenen Lage wäre wenigstens ein Getränkeautomat zwar nicht ganz stilecht, aber immerhin praktisch. Plus und Minus: Trotz eines eindeutigen Irrtums bei der Buchung (falsches Datum) erhielt ich zunächst eine positive Buchungsbestätigung. Vor Ort wurde der Irrtum aber kulant korrigiert und die falsche Buchung fairerweise auch nicht in Rechnung gestellt.

Tolles Ambiente

Dank der wunderbaren Lage war dies ein besonderer Aufenthalt. Auch wenn das Standardzimmer im Nebenhaus war, so strahlt doch das "kleine Schlösschen" auf das ganze Gelände aus. Auch wenn der Frühstücksraum "im Keller" ist (siehe andere kritische Bewertungen), so ist dieser doch wundervoll und mit einem ganz besonderen Ambiente und natürlich kann man seinen Kaffee auch im Freien genießen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön, auch wenn das eine oder andere (Whirlpool, Massagedüsen, ...) nicht jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Das Frühstück ist unseres Erachtens abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Nach Karlsbad sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 min.

숲속의 성같은 호텔

숲속에 들어앉은 성과 같은 호텔. 객실이 고급스럽고 예쁩니다. 산책로도 길게 나있어 아침식사후 산책하면 상쾌해요. 아쉬운점은 카를로비 바리에서 떨어져 있어 차가 있으면 좋을것 같습니다.

prachtig voor mensen in conditie

Prachtige locatie (groen), ruime kamer, zeer net. Zeer mooi zwembad, sauna en fitness. Plaats is ideaal om zowel de natuur in te trekken, de streek te verkennen als om naar Karlovy Vary te gaan; eveneens een prachtig golfterrein. Ontbijt is oké. Matras en ressort waren niet van een 4* niveau. Opgelet: geen lift, dus veel trappen (kamer-eetruimte: 60 trappen enkel; idem naar zwembad) Op zich een goede oefening voor mensen in goede conditie.

Waren in einem Nachbargebäude untergebracht. Beim beziehen stellten wir fest, das keine Handtücher vorhanden waren, sind aber auf Anfrage an der Rezeption anstandslos bereit gestellt worden. Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage an einem Wald und in Anlehnung an einem Golfplatz. Nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt ist ein Kletter Wald und ein Naturlehrpfad, der zu einer Wanderung immer gut geeignet ist;))

Leuk hotel even buiten Karlovy vary

Een mooi gelegen hotel aan een doodlopende weg even buiten Karlovy vary. Dat betekent weinig geluid van verkeer in een prachtige omgeving. Ons verblijf was van maandag tot vrijdag eind januari/ begin februari dus buiten vakantie drukte. Ondanks dat er weinig gasten verbleven was er niet bezuinigd op personeel, wat betekent dat de kamer dagelijks nagelopen werd en ontbijt en diner prima verzorgd was! Wat ons betreft een hele dikke voldoende en dus een aanrader!

Romantisches Hotel, wie ein Märchenschloss, ruhig

Es war alles ok. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlic, aber ein wenig umständlich. Es hat einen super Wellnessbereich mit grosssem, modernen Pool mit Sprudlern. Dazu ein Whitlpool und drei Saunen. Alles sehr sauber und top modern. Das restaurant ist leider im Keller. Esssen war gut und günstig. Lediglich der Kellner hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können.

I was very disappointed with the hotel facilities. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and it was cold.You can hear the people talking through the walls. The staff barely know English and they still advertising in English websites.

Ja, nächstes Mal wieder anderes Zimmer

Wir sind das 3. Mal da gewesen. Eigentlich wie immer alles top. Allerdings hatten wir dieses mal Zimmer 31 und da geht die Anordnung des Waschtisches und Toilette gar nicht.! Wer auf der Toilette sitzt und dabei seinen Arm auf dem Waschtisch liegen haben muss, nimmt dieses Zimmer nicht wieder.
