Krásné lokace hotelu, ovšem náš pokoj s výhledem do dvora, což by nevadilo, kdyby byl dvůr upravený a uklizený, poloha hotelu si zaslouží i důstojný zadek :) Služby nebyly problém, čistota ok, jen by už asi stálo za to trochu do interiéru investovat (zašlapané koberce, od cigarety propálené záclony, rozbitý koš v koupelně, otluky na skříni...)

Velmi vstřícný a milý personál. Krásně čisté pokoje i koupelna. Dcera měla připravený velký rozkládací gauč. Bufetová snídaně byla výborná. Zarovnaná recepce trošku kazila ten úžasný dojem a trampolinova postel se dala na jednu noc přežít. Jsme velmi spokojeni a doporučuji se zde ubytovat i s dětmi, je tu klid.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer konnte ein bisschen besser sauber sein. Nur das Frühstück war ein bisschen mager. In Grunde genommen würde ich a er dieses hotel empfehlen, Preis Leistungverhältnis war ok.

V hotelu Krásná Královna se nám líbilo. Byla jsem zde ubytována s manželem a dětmi a všichni jsme byli spokojení.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Szkoda, że nie zarezerwowaliśmy 2 nocy. Z mankamentów to brak w pokoju kącika z czajnikiem i stolika i drugiego krzesła. Poza tym nie udało się zapłacić za pobyt kartą płatniczą.

Sehr gutes Hotel in der Innenstadt

Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgängerzone, mitten im alten Zentrum. Leider kann man nicht am Hotel parken, man muss im ca. 10 Minuten entfernten Parkhaus parken. Zur An- und Abreise kann man allerdings vor das Hotel fahren. Der Empfangsbereich mutet anfangs nicht sehr einladend an. Allerdings sind die Zimmer sehr geräumig und großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Frühstück hatte alles, was man braucht, um in den Tag zu starten. Insgesamt hat es uns gut im Hotel gefallen.

Ich bin Bereits das 3 mal in diesem Hotel gewesen und werde bestimmt noch 10 mal gegen. Es ist wirklich ein ganz schönes Hotel mit einer super netten Dame am Empfang. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Nice location, old hotel

It is generally a 2 star hotel, and people who book it should understand it and discount for that - I.e if your expectations are for 4 stars, you will not like it. We chose this hotel mainly because of it's location and were satisfied. Beware of no parking space !

Uma cama quebrada fez com que nossa noite não fosse nada agradável. A calefação não era das melhores e as instalações já são ultrapassadas. Uma TV de tubo compunha o quarto. O café da manhã é razoável, mas sequer disponibilizam um café expresso.

Simple Hotel in a good logation

Hotel was in a good location, in an area with expensive shops, with really nice buildings and views. Service in reception was really bad and slow. We had room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). There were only 1 bed made so we had to ask them to make other bed too. Room and the hotel was clean. But during our stay they only emptied the garbage per day, didn't make the beds or anything else. There was a restaurant in a hotel, but we didn't use it because it was quite expensive compared to other restaurants near. Breakfast was okay, not good, not many options, but something to eat. The view from the room was not good, just some balcony with laundries and walls from other buildings.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral in der Innenstadt Karlsbads. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr schön. Der Check-In gestaltete sich leider etwas schwierig, da die Daten, welche hier auf Expedia geschrieben werden, nicht der Tatsache entsprechen. Ebenso liefert Expedia nicht alle Angaben an das Hotel, welche man hier während der Buchung macht, wie mir der Rezeptionist gezeigt hat. Tatsächliche Check-In Zeit ist eigentlich erst ab 14:00 Uhr und nicht schon um 13:00 Uhr. Wir hatten bei Ankunft Glück, dass unser Zimmer gerade schon gereinigt wurde. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Hotel in bester Lage - aber keine 4-Sterne

Bei diesem "4-Sterne-Hotel" ist mindestens ein Stern abgefallen und die anderen sind sehr rostig! Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht die angemessen groß jedoch spärlich möbliert ist. Die Heizung war Mitte September abgestellt obwohl es abends schon recht kühl wurde. Das Doppelbett ist 140 cm breit und für Großgewachsene zu kurz. Als Stühle gab es 2 einfache Garten-Klappstühle, Sessel und Tisch Fehlanzeige. Die Badewanne hatte keinen Duschvorhang oder anderen Spritzschutz und der Brauseschlauch ist recht kurz sodass Duschen schwierig war. Die Gäste sind wohl überwiegend Russen. Mit den Fremdsprachkenntnissen der Mitarbeiter - auch an der Rezeption - war es nicht weit her. Das Frühstück ist eher als einfach zu bezeichnen. Der Fernseher im Zimmer empfängt ganze 6 Programme in analoger Qualität - eins davon in deutsch (ZDF). Der Kühlschrank der Mini-Bar funktionierte - die Mini-Bar war jedoch leer. Wenn man Housekeeping wünscht muss man das durch das Anbringen des Housekeeping-Schildes außen an der Zimmertür kundtun.

Skuffende oplevelse på nedlukket hotel

Vi havde forventet at standarten af hotellet levede op til de 4 stjerner. Hotellet er lukket, og man bliver mødt med en tom reception. En anden gæst fortalte, at vi skulle henvende os i receptionen på et hotel et par huse fra hotellet. Vi havde bestilt en suite for 2 voksne og 2 børn, men fik tildelt et værelse for 2 personer. Vi fik dog redt op til de 2 børn. Værelset var rigtig flot, men noget mindre end det viste på hjemmesiden. Morgenmaden var kedelig- servicen var ringe.
