The property was very clean. I was there 10 days and requested my room to be cleaned half way through my stay and was told I would be put in the list. The room was never cleaned before I left. The neighbor was loud and I could hear everything. Overall for what it is I would stay there again.

Stay away - microwave did not work - room had bugs - had to get my room key (no exaggeration reactivated 6 times) - checkout at booking on Expedia says 12.. woman knocked on my door at 7:30 am claiming house keeping. (Was not dressed like house keeping at all) came out when I woke up to verify check out And the same woman said 10am. - asked her about the time listed on Expedia.. her words: check out is at 10 am sorry - bathroom was not clean

I ended up checking out less than an hour I was there. There were red spots all over the floors, not sure what substance was on the wall, clear sign of bed bugs, and I even found a roach on the wall behind the fridge. There was also a peg board in the room with 2 names on it, complete and utter trash.

I couldn't believe how nice this place was, especially since the price was so low. Staff was friendly, room was very clean, hallway way clean with no foul smells. Oh and they provide free laundry service.

Before my stay I had looked at the pet fees $15 per day for one pet along with $50 cleaning fee. Max was two. I get to the hotel was not aware of a $200 flat rate fee. I was given a room with a beaten up bathroom door. That they just slapped some paint on. Luckily I brought toiletries because there was no shampoo or body wash in the bottles in the shower. The shower had a small rust or dirt ring near the front. The air conditioning unit in the room sounds like a construction sight at night. One of the doors to get into the hotel doesn’t even have a lock. So anybody can walk in. I did not feel safe. I asked for a manager multiple times at the front desk so I could possibly get another room or refund. I still haven’t heard back from anyone.

Nice place!

Nice room, pleasant staff, good location. My only complaint is that the recliner would not stay closed and bashed me in the shin when it sprang open again. Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you!

Rug was kind of gross, but the rest of the room was clean, and we just needed to crash for the night. Bed was comfy and I slept well. Housekeeping knocked on the door 2 hours before check out and asked when we were leaving. weird experience.
