The check in process was terrible; was in line behind 8 others checking in and only 1 clerk. The night clerk was not nice! It was 8pm and the rooms were not clean yet and the housekeeper was rude. The room we rented was amazing but the kitchen floor was gross and sticky. Breakfast was decent. One of our toilets was clogged and we were given a plunger to plunge it ourselves; just not a great experience overall.

Though this property is undergoing massive renovation, our room was perfectly fine, comfortable and had the fastest internet of any hotel I have stayed in. The indoor public areas were nice, the breakfast hot and well prepared. I assume the outdoor parking and walks will be repaired and resurfaced when the indoor work is completed. The staff seemed meticulous in wanting things to be right. And best of all, there is a terrific new sports bar right next door.

Staff v friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed but some wall and ceiling cracks diminished the appeal a bit (the hotel does appear to be undergoing rennovation so perhaps my room is on the list). Sink didn't drain well and A/C was very loud (i turned it up to relatively high to stop it coming on too much). Otherwise, actually very comfortable.

Our stay was generally pretty good. The desk associates were really kind and helpful. I lost my key coming home in the middle of the night and Kim gave me no issues about getting me another one. I came from Michigan to see my best friend. We sat out on the patio 2 times and chatted and laughed and no one gave us a hard time. I only wish we could have had the heaters or the firepit turned on. It was so cold! The shower drain in one of the rooms drained very slowly and someone came and fixed it right away.
