"The hotel was a perfect spot to stay for the Chiefs game. We walked over and back. The atmosphere at the bar afterward left a bit to be desired. We ordered our drinks and took them to our room. Our room had an accessible shower but I would have hated to be in a wheelchair because the handheld shower head was mounted 5’ up the wall! It was also at a crazy angle that made showering difficult. The housekeeper tried to enter our room at 9:30am without knocking. We stayed 2 nights but didn’t get any housekeeping services the first day. The room was clean."

"It is a beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms. It is close walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed cocktails and appetizers at the roof top pool. Our server Tamara did a great job. We were there on a Saturday so the pool was very busy and we were a large group of 9. Tamara had great customer service. She did a great job keeping up with the large crowd and the cocktails and food were both very good. The front desk staff that checked us in and answered any questions we had during our stay also had great customer service."
