The service at the check in didn't want to help to pay my parking. We got a text messages from Emily and she told us the parking system is not working and helped us, thanks to her ! But before we got the message from Emily, i tried and wasted one hour to pay for parking !
At the check in, the lady was while she talked to me on the phone to talk to someone else, didnt answered my questions and got unfriendly after i told her i cant pay my parking ticket.
The room was not really nice.
Had to clean the shower, hairs in the shower!
The AC was so noisy, sounded broke! We couldn't sleep!! It rattle!
I am really upset, i thought a hilton hotel should be a lot better!!!
