Kids swam a bit, they said the water was warm, appeared clean. Staff was kind and yet to the point in the right ways. Maybe we got lucky but the room was very quiet all night

Room was clean and looked great. Tissues were designed at the top beautifully like a flower but hated the thought of putting something on my face someone already touched on. Breakfast was good Saturday but they were so packed that on Sunday it was sparse. Pool was warm but dirty in the bottom. I would give it another shot if the rate was cheaper.

The overall appearance of the place is beautiful. Loved the size of the rooms and bathrooms. The room was clean with the exception of the vent in the bathroom that had built up dust and the microwave area was very dusty on the side and behind the microwave. The pool was a plus and so was the free breakfast.

The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice..

We were in town for the Yeti Endurance Weekend 5k on Saturday and then the 1/2 Marathon on Sunday. I called to see if we could get checked in early and not only were they able to, they also got us in the same floor as our friends! Amazing customer service!
