Everyone was pleasant, the breakfast was really nice (so many options), the room was clean, and I felt safe. I have no complaints and would stay there again. In fact, due to our situation, it is likely that I will stay here again.

A Bit disappointed.

Visiting family in KC area. Hotel very convent to their home, restaurants, shopping and attractions. We stayed for three night and were not offered room service. Out of Kleenex lotion by last day and TP running low. Thus surprised us for a Fairfield Inn.

Above and beyond employee

The lady who checked us in changed our room from one with a bathtub and shower to one with just a shower, so that out special needs son wouldn't sneak a bath in the middle of the night, against the pre-op instructions given to us. This accommodation made our stay so much less stressful, and we all got a good night's sleep, thanks to this helpful employee.

Nice enuf, clean & quiet

It was overpriced compared to other Fairfields I've stayed at but I booked too late so didn't have much choice in motels close to my meetings. It was nice enuf but not luxury, clean & quiet. Typical motel breakfast, was ok but no pancake or waffle machine. Pool was clean & my young girl swam but the hot tub was closed which is what I wanted after a long drive. I was very disappointed there was no microwave in the room! But there was a mini fridge/freezer we used.
