This property had a fire on October 2nd but was still available to book through Hotels.com on November 3rd; when we arrived to check in on November 23rd, we discovered that this property was closed due to fire damage. This left us in the lurch and scrambling to find another place to stay that night.
The property closed due to a fire and no one contacted those with a reservation to let them know. I was forced to find a new hotel at the last minute. Thankfully the Super 8 was able to accommodate me and gave me the price that I reserved my room for at Days Inn. Very disappointed in Days Inn for their lack of consideration for their customers.
