This property isn’t clean. The beds are not comfortable, I can feel the springs in both the king and fold out couch. The biggest thing for me is how dirty the room was. I didn’t say anything bc the hotel is booked as well as all surrounding hotels.

This Comfort Inn is by far better than the other one in Lee's Summit. There isnt a hot tub and the pool is cold though. Breakfast was just ok. There were some areas that could use cleaning. But overall I was good.

This hotel was disgusting from the time we walked in. My instinct was to turn around and not check-in, but with 3 rooms booked and late at night, I didnt have another option. One of the 3 rooms had trash, dirty towels, a slept in bed, music on and cigarette butts all over. We were accomodated with a different room. The elevator got sruck wIth people inside. It took them at least 30 minutes to get them out, and never called the fire department for help, so this must be a frequent occurrence. Being grossed out by the moldy, dirty bathrooms and general cleanliness, we knew we couldn't stay a 2nd night. We were in town for my brothers funeral and had to pack up and find more suitable arrangements. The one bright spot was the lovely lady at the front desk, I wish I had gotten her name. Save yourself grief and aggravation, dont stay here!

Hotel is dated & dirty. Walls have stains & carpet needed vacuumed. Pool is not heated & the lights didn't work in the pool room. Sheets were torn/burn holes.

Horrible stay
I was there at the hotel for an Army reunion. The hotel was completely full because of the Beyoncé concert at Arrow Head Stadium and my room could not be switched. The water pressure was ZERO and could not take a shower. Bulbs were not working in the bathroom and the toilet was barley flushing. Worst stay anywhere for me. They took $25 off the bill like that was supposed to suffice. DONT STAY HERE! SOMEONE’S TRUCK WAS BROKEN INTO AND THE FRONT DESK COULD CARE LESS!

Safe and quiet
The beds were comfy and it was quiet. The room needed a little TLC. The shower was moldy and the water pressure was terrible. However, we did enjoy a good night’s rest. The staff was friendly. There is an indoor pool. We didn’t use it, but it looked nice and clean.

The staff were horrible and very rude, fridge didn't work air conditioner didn't work well, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the booked over my reservation and left me without a room that I had already paid for and kept my money. They also contacted their affiliated hotel that I booked at due to their lack of customer service skills and the proper ability to do their job as they should have done properly , and informed them that I was a risk to the property at their hotel and they tried to charge me 20p$ deposit which is against the law but they cared none about that and kept my money as well. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay at this hotel if u have ever relied on customer service to be handled properly this was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced EVER!!!!!

The hotel was ok. They had a nice pool and was in a good area, a lot of things around, groceries, restaurants, gas stations etc. They had nice-sized TVs, which was a nice treat from the small ones most have. The negative was that one corner of our sheet popped off the bed and the mattress was FILTHY, blood stains, and some unidentifiable things. That happened on our last day, and I was horrified.
