Nice service but not clean
The service is good and they try to make it nice, but the problem is the room is not clean, dirt on the sheets and bathroom uncleaned.

很好，有康提湖风景。
这个酒店最大的优点有一个公用厨房！尤其在斯里兰卡旅游几天后，进餐已处于麻木状态下，能够有一个完全自主烹饪场所，做一点简单而可口的中国餐，那感觉是不一样的体验。

Hotel is decent
Hotel is good, staff were great, Expedia sucks, they messed up the reservation of my suit, end up getting a double room instead..

Un peu vieillot
Peu de charme et un peu triste. L'hôtel n'est pas proche du centre de Kandy et s'il y a du traffic (comme ce que nous avons vécu en arrivant en train depuis Colombo en fin de journée), l'accès semble interminable. Autre point, les fenêtres sont mal isolées, ce qui donne l'opportunité à de charmants insectes de nous rendre visite pendant la nuit (moustiques, papillons et autres). Heureusement que la vue sur la montagne est magnifique! ;)

difficult to access
nice room, no elevators, breakfast is very average. Just above a motel range. definitely not a 4 star. perhaps a 2 1/2

Good location, but thats about it
The hotel is in a great location. It's right above the hill in Kandy and only a 15-20 walk into town (though it's uphill on the way back). It's about a 5 minute walk from the Kandy look out point. The hotel and room itself was ok. The room was comfortable, clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. But the bathroom...that destroyed the pleasant atmosphere that existed. The shower made me feel more dirty than clean. We even decided not to shower the last day because it was to bad. The service in the hotel was good. They arranged a tour for us in Kandy with a car and driver and that was fantastic. They also helped with laundry and a plumbing problem we had. However, we went to the restaurant for dinner one day and the food was not great at all. But we kind of expected that. If you're staying here, definitely skip out on the restaurant.

Bra hotell i Kandy
Fint hotell med bra frukost. Ver nøye med å avklare frukosten ved innsjekk, fekk beskjed om å betale for frukost når denne var inkludert i prisen, måtte legge fram bevis på dette, men det ordna seg. Bra storleik på rommet, god service, ok middagar der og gratis underholdning utanfor på balkongen med apekattar.
