Staff were very personable and helpful, the restaurant was amazing and that staff was really great, the room was clean neat and quiet. Room service was fast and breakfast was good. Overall a great overnight stay!😎

Everything was about average, we had a baseball tournament and the hotel had no laundry room , so that was not good . The restaurant was probably the only positive thing about the hotel . I would definitely not say again.

During our stay there was a local hockey tournament. The kids were great the parents were horrible. The parents took over the pool area, drank then began to argue between team parents. It was a gong show, finally after a couple hours the police were called. I fought I’ll bring my grandkids there again! .

The room was very dingy looking and smelled of cigarette smoke when we checked in, the flusher on the toilet was broken, the latch lock was broken on the door. We were supposed to have a pull out couch in the room and did not. I had to go purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep on, we could not get another room because there was nothing else available, we were in from Kelowna from a soccer tournament. The room was not even comparable to the pictures they show on the website. The staff accused the kids on the team of being loud and disturbing after quiet time and threatened to fine each room $500 when they were doing nothing. Every other hotel in the area offer a complimentary breakfast and they offer nothing. The $700 I paid for the 2 night stay I am very disappointed and will not recommend them.

I booked a premium king with parlor. It was supposed to have a private bed. They acted surprised when we brought our 3 year old with us. Then acted like they gave us an upgrade but in fact we were moved to beside the stairwell, in a room without a private bedroom! Couldn't get our kid to sleep because that same weekend the hotel was booked solid with kids for a tournament and they ran up and down the stairs and elevator screaming, right behind the bed where we are trying to kid our toddler to sleep. The pool area was like the lord of the flies... no bathtub. I would not book here again.

The hotel inside is clean and in good condition. My room looked down into an unkept yard area. Very noisy halls. Wedding reception going on so people knocking at my door looking for friends. Children running in hall until late.

Don't normally ever complain, but the place felt in need of an upgrade. Room was dim and cold and heating was uneven. Water did not heat up properly. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Construction site outside both windows - it would have been nice if we had been warned in advance. Definitely not worth the price they were asking. Would not stay there again.

Says it’s 8.2 I expected a clean hotel, the linen had lipstick on it, front desk had to come change the linen, parking lot was full and very dark, mini fridge in room which was important did not work. I am upset I am staying at a place like this when Expedia has it rated so high. I do not recommend.

I really liked about the room was spacious. And good mattress 😅 we had to check in about 9 pm and check out 730am so not enough time to stay in there. But, really enjoyed it. It would be great including the breakfast, though.

We frequently stop here on way to the coast from Alberta Quiet, efficient,clean and good restaurant. Parking difficult if a conference is in progress.

Perfect for our overnight travels and passing through! Welcoming front desk and clean nice rooms. Parking lot is a little dark on the conference side but other than that, 5 stars!

The room was a good size and was very clean. It was however quite dark and although the pool closes at 9pm the atrium area was loud until after 10pm. The location was convenient and the restaurant was good.
