Unfortunately the amazing sea view is obscured by trees and as we were in the room next to the restaurant you could hear breakfast being prepared and the early risers which could be a problem (although not for us) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. "Stayed for seven nights, room cleaned every day, owner could not do enough for us. Very mellow stay. Convenient for both Myrtties and Massouri. Steps to property could be a challenge for older quests and those with a mobility issue but as most tourists in this area seem to be climbers probably not a consideration for most guests. Very convenient for the Island, boats every half hour 3 euros. "
