"The staff was very friendly....the room was very clean and modern.....however, the HVAC needs to be updated. Even though it was only April, our room never cooled down to a decent temperature to sleep. Even though the thermostat was set to 62 degrees our room was very warm throughout the night. We did not sleep well. Maintenance came and removed the filthy filter but that didn't help. When I complained to the front desk he said "well it is a 130 yr old hotel". We only stayed one night. "

Half the washer/dryers and much of the exercise equipment was out of service. Breakfast is meh. The staff was hot and cold. Stay here if you want basic and inexpensive,"
