"The property is beautiful. Rooms are tastefully decorated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the center but be careful because the road is very narrow. It’s extremely challenging if you encounter another vehicle from the opposite direction. The amenities are lacking. Food and snack options are extremely limited and that’s a problem when the hotel has nothing near by you can walk to. They offer no snacks no lunch options. "Property has potential to be a luxurious hotel- beautiful oceanfront property but seems money isn’t put back into it. Pictures are not accurate- especially of bathroom. Hallways are gross- carpet is filthy- and hallway walls need some help. Room itself isn’t bad- cute decor and clean but our room had water damage near sliding door. Beds are very uncomfortable. "NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE STAY, despite every day complaining and every day told that it was fixed, but it wasnt!!! The bar was shut, the reception was closed, the rooms flooded from the rain, the buffet was not open because there were not enough people staying in the hotel.
