I booked this online as a pet friendly booking The manager was rude and obnoxious and denied me entry even tho I had paid in full snd would not refund me This is a very bad advert for Wotif if they can’t even get their booking right

As we are non smoker, we found most of the other stayer were smokers and smoke getting in room. The location is great, recommend.

Great location, restaurant food really good.. many choices. Staff all very helpful. Our room was quite dated although bed comfortable. The carpet looked quite tired.

The Tower Hotel is close to Kalgoorlie Centre but you do need transport. Plenty of parking. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly at all times of the day.Rooms bright and clean with excellent tea and coffee supplies. Plates and cutlery for take away. Great dining area with amazing breakfasts at a very reasonable price. Beautiful clean enclosed pool.

We stayed in the family room. It was clean and spacious and met all our needs. Very clean. Kids loved having a good TV. I loved clean and useful kitchenette.

We had a good experience, friendly helpful staff. We stayed in a family room which included a kitchen, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The Tower Stay.
I’ve stayed at The Tower a number of times. I enjoy the convenience of being able to dine in the hotel restaurant and the food is excellent. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and there are a good selection of tv channels. Will be staying again when I return to Kalgoorlie.

Dated comfy motel
Comfy bed and pillow. Outside lights a bit too bright thru the night unless there was a switch we didn’t see. Motel is pretty old so fittings etc are not what one is used to these days, but suited our purpose as function was at the hotel then short stroll back to room. Staff very obliging and pleasant.

bedside lamps broken with exposed wires, room stank, place was dirty, we were warned about cars getting broken into in the middle of the night, mattress was old. I wasn't impressed. I have stayed in cheaper places that were cleaner than this. we didn't stay the whole night and chose to drive home earlier.

Helpful friendly staff.
The staff were very freindly and made my brother and I feel welcome and comfortable. I locked my self out of my room and the staff member stopped what she was doing and helped me immediately. The meals were very nice. Our rooms were very clean and that really makes a room. Only little whinge is my pillow wasn't great but otherwise great value for money.

Hotel in upper Kalgoorlie
This hotel is years old.We spent our wedding night there 42 years ago and I think they still have the original towels. The hotel appears to be a working persons hostel and it was noisy right through til about 4am and then 2 hours later they were going to work, so more noise.The meals were excellent and staff went out of their way to assist.

Make up your own mind about this place
On Arrival no assistance from staff to find reception. Reception was closed on arrival at 03 p.m. Room tired needs decorating, new bedding required, TV did not work. No milk or soap in the room. Poor quality meal in the dining room, cooked hours before and reheated in the micro wave, some of the vegetables were still frozen. Air conditioner old window type and needs to be upgraded as was noisey.

Outsated
I wasnt looking for famcy, but no glass in the room, no phone to order room service, an outdated menu, and then in the morning the long life milk went lumpy in my coffee. Not a disaster, but not a resounding success. Loved the axminster carpet, though.

Disappointed
Very disappointing. It should not be listed as a hotel, it is a motel at best, but there were no kitchen facilities. Reception was not manned out of office hours. The WiFi was very poor, I could hardly get it in my room. The rooms are tired looking, the place needs a facelift. The only bonus was a 24/7 food market just round the corner.
