I booked this online as a pet friendly booking The manager was rude and obnoxious and denied me entry even tho I had paid in full snd would not refund me This is a very bad advert for Wotif if they can’t even get their booking right

Very disappointing. It should not be listed as a hotel, it is a motel at best, but there were no kitchen facilities. Reception was not manned out of office hours. The WiFi was very poor, I could hardly get it in my room. The rooms are tired looking, the place needs a facelift. The only bonus was a 24/7 food market just round the corner.

I booked an Executive Twin room for 2 male family members, however received a double bed. Not happy. Due to lack of information from staff, we had no idea how to access the carpark and room as the gates were locked (after hours). Rang the after hours number, where the staff member was not Happy

The Tower Hotel is close to Kalgoorlie Centre but you do need transport. Plenty of parking. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly at all times of the day.Rooms bright and clean with excellent tea and coffee supplies. Plates and cutlery for take away. Great dining area with amazing breakfasts at a very reasonable price. Beautiful clean enclosed pool.
