"Had a lovely stay at Alcanea in the off season, it’s a great location in Chania Old Town. Kyriaki couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with any requests I had for things to do or organising taxis etc. The building has a lot of character and history "

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr bemühtem und freundlichen Personal! Sehr gute Massagen. Einziges Minus war die "Größe" des Zimmers. Wir hatten die günstigste Kategorie, nur war das Zimmer so klein, dass wir nicht mal kleine Koffer ausräumen oder verstauen konnten. Der "Schrank" war "mini"...sonst auch keinerlei Ablagen, auch beim Waschbecken nicht. Vielleicht hatten wir auch das "kleinste" Zimmer, 214...Dafür aber der Balkon sehr schön. "

"Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs!
