"The property was nice; however, it seemed that construction was not yet completed in the surrounding area and even in the shower. The design, concept, and location are great. The staff were helpful. Laundry service is available, around 500 TRY just for washing. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially with the view. The bed in the room was a bit noisy whenever you moved. Overall, it was an alright stay for one night."

We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. "As a solo traveler I stayed in one of the economy attic rooms and I loved it. The bathroom could have used additional shelving (there's not much place to put toiletries - probably only an issue with that one style of room due to the small size) but that was the only bother. Room was super cozy with a great view of beautiful Trabzon. Good well-stocked breakfast, and staff were friendly and attentive."
