We stayed for one night as we were going to the Barrett-Jackson auction. The price was right for the circumstances vs other hotels. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. It is a dated property and not a place I would visit for an extended stay.

Tropicals of Palm Beach, Aiva, provided a room that didn’t match the description, maintenance issues and unsanitary conditions with mold and a non-draining shower. I didn’t get settled until 1am the first night and had to change rooms. Very bad experience- I don’t recommend staying here.

The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. ...
