"The room was spacious and beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was safe and convenient. We had dinner and brunch at the hotel restaurant. It was good and affordable."

"Beautiful Hotel for the money. Nice Rooms. I caught a bus across the street for a 7 min ride to the METRO and MARC New Carrollton Station. Easy to predict with GOOGLE Maps. With a Shuttle from BWI airport can use MARC Commuter or AMTRAK to get to New Carrollton Station."

"The breakfast was a bit better than most. Room had everything you need. They did a good job of using the space but it was a little tight for us. The bed was comfortable and the people were great! Location worked for getting into DC for us."

"The room was clean.The bathroom was not. It's obviously an older property that could use a bit of an update. But overall, the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a ton of noise in the morning. Before worn, the food options are incredibly limited. As far as the little store, there was no Starbucks as purported. There was a menu, but we did not order from it posted at the front desk. From what we could tell, the bar area was not stocked and definitely not in use. It would have been nice to have complimentary tea and coffee like Marriott and Hilton. Overall it was solid basic accommodations."

"The room was marginal. The toilet would not flush except by removing the top to pull the chain. The thermostat didn’t work, I was not given a voucher for breakfast which I had paid for, and to get my deposit of $100 back, I had to call the issuing bank. The hotel charged my credit card for the deposit despite it being just a deposit, and my room was paid through Hotels.com which the hotel didn’t seem to consider. Given the room problems and cheating me out of breakfast AND my deposit, I’ll never stay in this hotel again."

"Parking was very safe and we parked close to the entrance. The room was updated and wonderful. There was a large space for suitcases, 2 chairs, a desk, microwave, and refrigerator. Shower was hot water and water pressure was nice. There were 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stocked with a cheese omelet, turkey sausage, home fried potatoes, a pancake maker, bagels, danish, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee, and milk. Plenty of tables to sit for breakfast. "
