Quarto limpo,equipe de atendimento 100% solícitos,boa comodidade,podem se hospedarem q não irão se arrepender. A piscina bem limpinha,café da manha bom,para o preço da hospedagem. Só irei deixar um recado para os motoristas, a garagem tem q ter muito cuidado pq a curva e estreita, então carro sedan grande tem q subir e descer bem devagar se não raspa o carro na parede.

O quarto estava limpo, mas o atendimento poderia ser melhor. Ter funcionários ao longo do hotel ajudaria a ter um acolhimento melhor. A garagem é bem estreita e é difícil se localizar ali dentro. Quando cheguei me colocaram um quarto com uma televisão velha caixote que não batia com a da foto quando reservei e o ar condicionado era extremamente barulhento, me trocaram de quarto porém o ar também era mto barulhento o que dificultou na hora de dormir. Funcionários super gentis e ótima localidade. Precisa de reforma pois é um hotel antigo

Boa tarde. O hotel Joalpa é muito ruim! Eu e minha esposa ficamos no apto 332. Não dormimos, pois além de calor, já que o ar condicionado não gelava, este fazia um barulho enorme, e estrondos o tempo todo. Além disso, segue outros pontos negativos. Nunca deveria ser considerado 3 estrelas! - Garagem escura, íngrime e apertada - Cheiro forte de cigarro nos corredores e quarto - Ar condicionado velho, barulhento e ñ gela - Box vazando para o lado de fora - Cortinas arrebentadas, velhas e sujas - Sem tapetes de banheiro - Exaustor deficiente; condensa água e molha o chão - Sem instruções de ramais, telefone ñ funciona. - Ponto positivo recai sobre os atendentes da recepção, os quais são super prestimosos, educados e gentis. Meu agradecimento especial para a Andressa, quem nos ouviu, e conseguiu a troca do quarto por um bem melhor, maior e funcional, apto 319. As copeiras e atendentes da cozinha também são muito atenciosas, educadas, e gentis. - Café da manhã bom, com alguma variedade, e tudo saboroso.
