"Clean, modern hotel. Good location. Good value. However valets and bellboy completely ignored us. We pulled up at the front door where uniformed men standing around looked directly at us and walked off. We unloaded our suitcases ourselves and checked in. Concierge was nice and courteous during check in. We booked so we could shower and rest before departing to the airport (stayed 4 hours) and for 2 adults and 2 children we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Definitely has areas for...

"It's nothing like the pictures. It's a dinisaur fallen on hard times. None of the 5 restaurants, gym or spa are open. Very average breakfast is delivered to the room due to no dining space. Key card stopped working. Er... staff were polite (except the noisy haridan on reception)"

    "The luxury details from lobby to restaurant/bar and my room were 10/10. The city views from both floor to ceiling glass windows in my suite were incredible. I had a great evening in the ballroom and would visit again. Probably should valet because fitting a large truck in the parking garage was stressful. "
