"I was super excited to stay here, and at first, the experience was great. The dome was well-equipped, clean, and nicely presented, and the views were absolutely beautiful. However, toward the end of our stay, there was a miscommunication due to a new staff member providing incorrect information. I was also surprised to be charged for towels because of a very minimal lipstick stain. I’ve stayed at many places and have never been charged for something like that before. "A beautiful, clean, and convenient hotel. We have stayed here twice during our recent trips, and it never disappoints. The property is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is very convenient. During this visit, the pool was under construction, so we were unable to use it.
