"Decent stay. My A/C didn’t work the entirety of the trip i reached out to the staff who were very helpful and was told someone would be out to fix it. No one ever showed up. Kind of disappointing being a bit uncomfortable in such a hot place like Puerto Rico. I also was under the impression that this was some sort of hotel and the room would be getting cleaned daily but maybe that’s just on me. But other than that the location was a solid launch point to get anywhere in san juan."

"The rooms, layout were good and very homely. Our family loved the stay and made the choice of stay for the next trip already. To list any negative was the plumbing -- pipe at bathtub was loose and over flowing, the bathroom shower flow. The host was very responsive and sent handyman immediately. Over all good place. The host should consider to lower the price, as they will not go vacant any time in year."

"The location is cozy, locked entrance to the hotel. The layout was nice and the AC was cold. There were no water issues which was a huge bonus since alot of local areas are having issues with water supply. They provided us vouchers for breakfast every morning including out checkout day which was a huge money saver. We enjoyed our stay and staff were awesome and easy to contact."

"I have no complains everything was clean it was very quiet a plus is the beach is walking distance food places closed by also a walgreens theres restaurants theres one 24/7 Los Pinos Café amazing food. Another thing that I liked was the communication was very quick. And also another thing that will always stay with me is that the lights went out in the neighborhood the day before we had to check out. I sent a message a response was received very quickly and the staff moved us to another property...
