"This is such an easy review to write. I just came back from a 3 night stay with my teenage daughter and we had just the best time. The staff were very friendly and flipped between Swedish and English as needed (I tried a little Swedish, honest!!) Our room was compact but clean. Really good TV and handy sockets for charging phones too (I didn’t need my UK/EU adapter). Handy to have a mini fridge too (our only tiny negative was there was a half eaten yoghurt left in our fridge). Bathroom was excellent with lovely shower and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I’m a very light sleeper but was amazed at how quiet and well soundproofed the rooms were. The beds were comfy and we slept well!! Breakfast was spectacular and so much choice. I am already missing the ham!!! And of course I need to mention the location itself. Perfect for trains and trams. We walked a lot and also went across to some of the islands. It really was such a fantastic stay and I’m already looking for an excuse to return. Thanks so much everyone at Hyatt Place!"

"Nice clean rooms, staff are very friendly and were able to accommodate a to-go breakfast for early morning departure. Buffet breakfast was a nice perk to the trip!"

"We stayed for a weekend and we were very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean and loved the open foyer area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the size of the shower. Only thing we didnt like was the plastic mattress topper which kept sliding around on the bed. Plus we wanted double room and got two singles?"

"The bed alone deserves 5 star for comfort as do the pillows. We are big fans of Rituals products so having these in the bathroom was an added bonus. Overall the room was comfortable with a large window overlooking the harbour, just perfect for watching the world go by. Staff were excellent, very good at communicating and and answering any questions that we had We opted for breakfast on the last day where there was a good selection of hot and cold foods, juices and hot drinks. The only negative was not seeing gluten free breads or cereals readily available. They did have rice crackers but these were sitting next to digestive biscuits so not coeliac safe. As there were plenty hot items, fruits, cheeses, meats and yogurts available it wasn't a big issue. Although out with the main city, the regular free ferry to and from the harbours just added to the holiday experience. Buses and trams are frequent and very affordable. The Lindholmen area is very quiet not a vast amount of restaurants, some only open until early evening but all within easy walking distance of the hotel. An ideal location if you want some peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city"

"Our room was absolutely gorgeous. Every last detail had been thought through and was perfect, from the soft gold carpets and comfy bed to the great shower. Breakfast was brilliant too, with everything you could possibly want and more. The staff were lovely throughout our stay, and the bar was so interesting and a really great space. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily go back. Would definitely recommend!"
