"My daughter and I stayed two nights as we came in for a college visit. The staff knows what customer service is and it was a breath of fresh air. They made us feel welcome, answered our questions and were exceptionally friendly. The hotel was safe, clean and had a delicious breakfast. The valet service was top notch. The pool was freezing which was sad but understandable for being an outdoor pool. We enjoyed the location and walking to restaurants or other attractions easily. If we find ourselves back in Winston-Salem, we will definitely stay here again."

"All together it was a good stay, the staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean though there was a odor to the room. The location is good and in walking distance to several businesses and restaurants. And the ice machines on both the 3rd and 4th floor weren't working properly so ice had to be retrieved from the first floor. But we overall enjoyed the entirety of stay"

"For the price - its good! But you also get what you pay for. Parking is free, the rooms are clean but a bit rundown, I've had mixed interactions with staff - some are really nice and helpful, others didn't really seem to know what was going on (example: they told me my reservation was canceled because my card was declined, then they told me I'd made it at another location, then they found the reservation and said it was good to go). I've stayed here twice now for a quick overnight, and it has everything you need for an overnight stay. The beds aren't terrible, but not the most comfortable. But honestly, I'd stay again for somewhere to crash overnight."
