The check in was easy. But the employees are the superstars. They greeted us coming and going. They were kind and polite, both evening and morning. They made our stay enjoyable.

We came in for a wedding and was running a little late. The front desk person was very friendly and was quick at getting us checked in. The room was very clean and the breakfast had a nice variety of items.

When checking in the front guy had to charge me a $100 security deposit..WHY..The hallways had a funky smell.need to get different pillows those down feather pillows go flat..i came down to eat breakfast at 6:20am looked in the trays mabey 2 scoop of eggs and 1 sausage patty....really...and the pool looked like green swamp water

This property is excellent! Wonderful front desk staff, super clean common areas and the rooms are just fabulous. Great bathroom Products and very clean. Super comfortable beds. Such a reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend staying here whilst in Jonesboro.

Rooms were clean and large. The continental breakfast was excellent. One thing I did not particularly like is that the thermostat changed on its own in the middle of the night to 80 degrees. Also, our room did not get cleaned while we were gone. The towels we left on the floor as instructed were still there when we came back at night, and the garbage cans were not emptied.

Structurally sound building with adequate sound proofing for a hotel. A couple of minor issues (roof leaking), dog poop in stairwell, but not the staffs fault.

I reserved my mom a room because she was in town for a doctor's appointment. When she arrived at the hotel, she was told she couldn't stay at the hotel because her driver's license said she lived within 50 miles of the property. I am currently waiting for my refund.

The decor in the lobby, breakfast area was beautiful. The music piped into that area was good and photography on the walls were wonderful and it continued into the guest rooms. The breakfast bar was well planned and clean. The guest room was well appointed and clean. The only complaint I have would be the nearby Highway sounds. I don’t know how the hotel could improve that.

The guy at front desk was rude and unhelpful. After tripping on the carpet coming in and falling flat on my face, I was treated awfully. He never asked if I was ok or anything.

This hotel property used to be the Jonesboro Inn and suites, and La Quinta bought them out. The property is nice. Excellent rooms and the staff is friendly. The breakfast bar is decent. Can’t really say I have a issue with this hotel since they’ve revamped it. The only problem I have with it is it’s surrounded by crappy hotels all around it, except for the Hampton and the Candlewood.

We had a quick stop for the night and this was one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in. My husband always looks for “treasures” left behind/under furniture. The place was spotless! I would definitely stay again.

I did not update my drivers license since moving from here. I had never heard of such, but they do not allow people with a drivers license from the same town to stay here and they emphatically stated that they had told y’all this it was not shared with me by anyone prior to arrival. They are issuing a refund and I had to find somewhere else to stay. I will not stay at any of this chain again for any reason.

We stayed 3 night and only received housekeeping services once. Tried to call service desk and no one would answer. Desk representative was alway extremely busy with a line of people checking in . I was with my spouse all during the day in hospital post open heart surgery. Otherwise the stay was okay. Staff are nice if you acutely are able to interact with them. Rate 3 stars…

We got in really really late and the front desk staff (I don't remember her name) was so chipper and welcoming. She was still there the next morning and remembered that we were in town for a robotics competition and wished my son good luck. That's the kind of place I like to stay. The room and breakfast area were clean and comfortable. However, after we took a shower we found that our floor between the bathroom and the bed were soaking wet. I did report it to the front desk as we were leaving.
