"Nice bed and breakfast with lots of warmth!"

"The sheets were dirty, scattered hair on them. I offered to put clean sheets on myself but was told there were none. So after walking long distances to bring in my things and get unpacked I had to repack and move to another room. Then at 4 am someones dog began loudly barking & woke me up. It was a miserable night here and Id definitely not stay again."

"Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!"

"Great atmosphere and setting. Keep in mind that as an older and historic hotel it doesn't have some frequent modern offerings, i.e. pool, morning breakfast. Staff was friendly but they operate without many employees."
