"Staff were amazingly kind and helpful. We arrived after a long day and ate in the dining room on the premises. It was excellent and enjoyable. The next morning we had 2 short hours to stay in Aberdeen, so we took a walk and then drove around downtown a bit. Unfortunately we could not find any parking facilities."

"The Chester is perfect. It is ideally located for visiting Aberdeen and for the theatres , shops and nightlife with plenty onsite parking. The rooms are luxurious ,spacious and very quiet. We have returned many times because it is always perfect and the staff are wonderful , friendly and ultra helpful. The staff truely set this exceptional hotel apart from the competition. "Fast, friendly and welcoming check in. Close to train station and shops and entertainment. Plenty of food outlets or very nice restaurant in the Leonardo for food and drinks. My only gripe was the orange stain down the front of the toilet on to the silicone and floor. "

"Excellent place to stay. Best value of the 6 places we visited in Scotland. Loved the photos in the lobby of the history of the hotel and Aberdeen. Did the bus tour around Aberdeen - very beautiful architecture everywhere. Also, live music in the hotel pub every night and we took full advantage of that. "
