"Friendly staff, decent breakfast with several kinds of protein, juice, sides, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary. It's a good "close to the airport for one night" hotel. The shuttle from the airport took a while, though. Waiting at midnight wasn't that fun."

"Paid for a breakfast that I never received. I walk into the breakfast area at 6am & communicated with the waitress that I had a flight to catch (departed at 7am) There was ZERO URGENCY, by 6:15, I walked out to the front desk to make sure the shuttle was there, it wasnt. So, I walk back ti the breakfast area grab my bag, food not there, $20 extra basically stolen. No shuttle available until 6:30, which would put me way too close, so I have to order a taxi, another unnecessary $20 stolen. To top it off, the fire alarm was set off at 5am that morning, a false alarm, but still, that caused the elevators to be locked out forcing me to walk six flights of stairs with my luggage. The most unpleasant wake-up call, with no breakfast & no shuttle. As a Bon Voy member I can attest to the fact that this falls so far beneath the Marriott standard, this location should have the Marriott name pulled from their signage. "

"I went to the first room I was assigned and turned on the lights, set my bags down, and entered the restroom to use the toilet. Upon lifting the seat, I discovered that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned because someone's bowel movement was sitting in the toilet. I gathered my things and went to the front desk to ask for a new room that was cleaned. The front desk clerk was very sweet, apologetic, and accommodating. She quickly reassigned me to a new room and said I would be given some points for the disappointment of the situation. My next room was more clean than the first, however there was a lot of long dark hair remaining in the shower that did not belong to me. While the front desk was great, I believe that the level of attention to detail amongst the cleaning stafc could use some attention. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and other places I was frequenting "

"I booked with Expedia. We arrived late at night and the two bed room we booked had been given to someone else. They did get us a room with a bed and a pull out couch. In the morning, the general manager said she would and did get us a two bed room when we returned from the race track. So, started not good and ended up good."

"I checked into the hotel expecting a clean and livable stay, but the room conditions were unacceptable and uninhabitable. Upon entering, I immediately noticed multiple roaches throughout the room, including near the bed and bathroom area. The condition of the room made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to safely stay there. I brought the issue to the attention of hotel staff right away, and I was verbally assured that I would receive a refund due to the conditions. However, despite being promised a refund by word of mouth, the refund has still not been processed or reflected back to me. I am requesting that the agreed refund be honored promptly due to the unlivable conditions of the hotel room and the inconvenience caused."
