"Clean room"

"The front desk attendant was so genuinely warm and friendly that we felt very welcome. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make suggestions. The property is spotless! Very comfy bed. There are a couple nice restaurants with bars just steps away and we had a little nightcap at NixTaco before retiring for the night. There is also a Crumbl Cookie shop one minute's walk away. Nice area. Very clean, convenient, and welcoming property."

"Clean room"

"People were friendly and helpful. The room was in a noisy location and the mattress was uncomfortable had dips in the middle. The garbage containers in the area were being emptied around 5 in the morning."

"1) There is something I could not clean on the granite countertop to the left of the stove.; 2) All 3 of the shower amenities need to be filled. There was enough body wash but the shampoo and conditioner were empty. Other than the issues above our stay was excellent. But maybe, since it’s getting colder maybe the continental breakfast could include packets of hot chocolate, packets of hot apple cider. That sort of thing. I am allergic to coffee so it would have been nice to have a hot beverage...

"Unfortunately our room (which was very nice) was next to the laundry room. At least two times around 1:00 am and 2:00 am, someone was slamming doors which woke my husband and myself up from a restful sleep. We also were hearing loud noises, and were not sure if it was the washing machine, or the elevators. Maybe suggest a sign for the laundry room for washing times from 7 am-10 pm. Next time we will ask not to get a room next to the laundry room and elevators."

"Great stay, no issues, comfortable"

"It has no amenities. The front desk staff were not helpful. I had to come down 3 times as my key card was not activated."

"Room was very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly. Parking was complicated though."

"Staff named Sky was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent"
