it was terrible, took almost 2 hours for a toasted sandwhich, the pipes in the bathroom made a noise the whole night. waitress was rude and there was almost no staff anywhere. werent directed to our room had to ask and did not get told we could drive there and not walk i had to ask that as well

The stay was good. The room not excellent but clean. The bed comfortable. Hence the has very limited channel. As least have some couple of music channel. Anathi should not wait to be told to serve a paying customer.

Starting from my meal, Waiter failed to give us what we asked for. I forgot my charger and now it's a struggle to get it. Lady who was working day shift on 29 May at the reception is rude and incompetent. She cldnt follow up on getting my charger. I was in room 102 on Friday 27 May.

The staff at this lodge are terrible. I called them to change the date due to my partner being sick and they agreed without a problem. Two days before new date I called to double check if all I’m order and they said I cannot check in as my date has passed and refused to return my refund and they were very rude on the phone!

Place looks much better on the website than in real life. Rooms are very small, fan in room blew sparks when switched on and tripped the electricity. @ units were booked on one booking, but they did not assist us when we requested room closer to each other. Path to rooms are so bad, you can't stop your car near your unit and have to walk through mud with all of your belongings. Kettle did not work in room, no hot water available to shower or bath. Other guests played extremely load music until 3:30 in the morning with no one quieting them. they started with music at 6:00 in the morning again. Staff banning on door at 6:30 in the morning

It was terrible. The place is very nice on the outside but inside is another story. My room was dirty,the floor was dirty, we found spiderwebs on walls and headboards. There was no water, when the water came back, we would struggle to get hot water.

Poor maintenance and service

Time is 1:22 am and have group singing unruly and very noisy. Ist night was allocated to a room with non functional aircon.After complaining was allocated another room,shower head broken ,tv not working and poor wifi signal. Sadly all features are noted as selling features on Hotel.com.Never going to that place again.
