Disgusting service
After confirming my reservation 24 hours before my stay as required I was told 6 hours before the stay they did not have any rooms. Whats the point of paying in advance for a reservation if its not GUARANTEED. Now two weeks later I still dont have a refund as Hotels.com say it was a non refundable stay, which it was if I did not turn up. That if I had turned up and there was no room is too complex for them to establish. Avoid this place like the plague
