They told us hotel.com is a scam and refused to book us in.
They keep taking you to their window which only tells me that they are phone cloning and card skimming.
The guy is called John which is very generic name for scammers.
I hope it helps other people not to get scammed because hotel.com the one I am using is not a scam.
