I love staying at 54thon Bath. It's convenient to the mall and shopping. My husband loves to shop. The hotel is clean and we love the dinning room staff especially Naledi. She always makes us feel special and welcomed. The only issue we had this time was a maid after we tipped her very well for cleaning our room for the week ask us about a missing tea cup. My husband & I was taken a back. We usually order room service at night and put all items on the tray to be picked up the next morning. I asked about the tea cup upon check out and the front desk said it was found, but we were not notified nor did the maid apologize to us. Except for this incident I would highly recommend this hotel and staff. The front door staff was also very helpful and gracious.

What a wonderful place to stay in Johannesburg. Lovely front staff. The breakfast was amazing, everything you need to start your day. It was a very safe neighbourhood with a mall right beside the hotel. 5 out of 5 stars for us.

Lovely stay. Attached to a mall.
Lovely hotel. Attached to the mall which was nice. Lots of bars and restaurants through the mall. Quite a distance from some of the sightseeing we wanted fo fo but it wasnt an issue. It was a nice area so we were hapoy with our choice. Hotel was lovely, clean and confortable.

I love this hotel. The location is unbeatable but more so the staff is phenomenal. During my two stays they year Feb 25-March 11 and in June 12-22 I have been treated like royalty by Itumeleng and other team members. Thank you! I can’t wait to be back!

Can not say enough about the wonderful accommodations and the outstanding staff in this hotel. They truly got out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The hotel restaurant is fantastic! The only negative is that you are advised not to walk outside the hotel . But that is true throughout Africa.

The hotel staff and service were excellent. We would defintely recommend this hotel. We especially loved being able to walk into the mall from the hotel. The staff in the restaurant and front desk was very courteous and helpful and make our stay great!!!

Overall it’s an excellent hotel. The restaurant has the same menu everyday. Staff is very friendly. We can walk to the mall without getting out on to the street.

My stayed with 54 bath was more than what I expected. I was treated like royalty. The staff treated me well, the hotel is beyond perfect, the services I received was exceptional. The hotel location is nect to the mall with easy access to the mall, restaurants, and other nearby stores and restaurants.

Tired and run down
If you want a luxury hotel, this is not the hotel for you. The location is good with a safe link to Rosebank Mall. The on-site restaurant offers a good breakfast and the staff is friendly. But apart from that, the bedroom we were allocated had mediocre decor, broken bench seat, curtains off the rings, leaking shower, chipped and broken bathroom tiles, old and dilapidated fittings, aircon that did not work properly, no shampoo - more reminiscent of a bad 3-star hotel than an exclusive boutique hotel. I did speak to the manager who offered another room, wine or cake - declined this as all we wanted was what was advertised and what we paid for. They sent in a maintenance person with silicone and paint brush the following day - ineffectual attempt to hide the issues!

Fui super bem atendido, check-in eficiente, quarto em andar superior com vista da cidade. Quarto espaçoso, cama e lençóis premium, secador de cabelo, cofre e armários com espaço. Cafeteira e chocolates. Banheiro com kit de amenidades, banheira e duchas separados. Wifi funcionou muito bem todos os dias, o restaurante do hotel é sensacional além do bar, acredite, incrível. O hotel também tem acesso direto ao Rosebank Mall. Na recepção organizaram também a meu pedido um City Tour e também solicitei realizar o teste PCR no Hotel para meu retorno ao Brasil. Uma técnica do laboratório vai até o hotel e coleta seu resultado direto no Lobby. Achei muito eficiente. Sem dúvidas foi uma experiência incrível esses dias.

A wonderful hotel with superb service
