Localização e custo benefício muito bom, porém alguns pontos precisam melhorar como a limpeza, colchão cheio de bolinha, travessos velhos, roupa de cama e toalhas encardidas, o sofá cama bem sujo. Mesmo assim eu voltaria pela localização, é a melhor localização de João Pessoa.

Localização sensacional, apertamento grande com vista excelente, eu minha esposa e 3 filhos ficamos muito confortáveis! Área de lazer muito linda, sofisticada! Quase não tiramos o carro da garagem, bastante espaçosa diga-se de passagem! Dá pra fazer tudo caminhando pela orla e arredores

Fomos em família, o flat limpinho, tem tudo que precisamos, filtro, sanduicheira elétrica, cafeteira elétrica, microondas, panelas, talheres, ar condicionado funcionando direitinho, enfim, tudo que precisamos para o dia a dia. A localização é excelente, a área da piscina é ótima, piscina limpa e aquecida. A comunicação com o proprietário também é boa, respondem rápido. Só achei negativo, não oferecerem nem uma limpeza no flat, ficamos 6 diárias e não foi limpo nenhuma vez. Mas, a troca de enxoval eu pedi e foi feita. Enfim, nossa estádia foi ótima. gostamos muito. Com certeza voltaria.
