Bom até o momento da saida

Tudo foi maravilhoso, o café, a limpeza, os recepcionista. Porém na saída foi cobrado uma taxa que desconheciamos, como era de madrugada a pessoa responsável não estava lá, pagamos e ficaram de verificar se o valor era real. Recebi uma mensagem via app que a taxa foi incorreta e que devolveriam o valor, o que não aconteceu até o momento.

Boa localização. A parte financeira funcionou diferente do combinado. Estabeleceram outra regra e sem comunicar ao hóspede, gerando muita perda de tempo. Nunca tinha passado por isso antes. Sugiro qualificar melhor o pessoal que lida com as reservas.

Uma renovação necessária

Gostei muito do hotel, muito bem localizado e limpo, o quarto um pouco apertado e o colchão não foi muito bom para nós, o café da manhã e o atendimento são bons, agora o GPS complica muito apesar de ser muito fácil, é que ele faz você chegar no fundo do hotel.

Todos os funcionários muito educados e prestativos, ótima localização, quarto limpo diariamente. Estacionamento rotativo, a piscina parecia não ser limpa há alguns dias, café da manhã não era ruim, mas só “Ok”, quarto recém reformado, a porta do banheiro precisa de ajuste, tinha um “jeitinho” pra fechar, e o box da cama casal estava sem um pé, vacilaram nessa.

Gostei somente da localização à beira mar e tem um restaurante muito bom próximo. Apesar de ter pago um valor acima do esperado, me colocaram em um quarto pequeno no subsolo, com pouco espaço, banheiro idem...Solicitei em um andar de cima, mas me foi recusado, apesar de ter disponibilidade...O café da manhã era simples e repetitivo... Funcionários da recepção pouco comunicativos e sisudos.

Hotel bem básico, como estava sozinho e passei mais tempo fora, a estada foi válida pelo valor pago. Praticamente utilizei apenas para dormir. Logo, ótimo custo/benefício. O café da manhã é muito simples. Não recomendo a ir em casal ou com filhos, existem outras opções na cidade.
