A estadia foi tranquilo, os funcionários foram todos excelentes mas o quarto que fiquei tinha muito barulho, principalmente pela manhã as 05:30 e o condicionador de ar estava quebrado , parando com frequência... Foi avisado , mandaram um "técnico" olhar e não resolveu nada ... Como estava um clima não muito quente ... Deu p ficar com esse problema... Mas nas madrugadas acordava p tentar religar o aparelho.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, super educados, facilitaram nosso check in e estacionamento antes do horário, pois teríamos um passeio meio dia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com opções também do cardápio. O hotel fica numa excelente localização, em frente a praia onde saem os passeios para as piscinas de picãozinho, além de ter vários restaurantes e feira de artesanato bem pertinho. Dá pra fazer tudo andando e de forma vem segura. Já fiquei no hotel outras vezes e sempre gostei muito, o único ponto que não gostei dessa vez é que a roupa de cama estava com cheiro de roupa guardada, aquela sensação de mofo e pra quem é alérgico incomoda muito. No mais, não temos do que reclamar.

Pelo preço pago não vale. Me cobrou diaria de R$900 sendo que não vale R$500. Não oferece nenhum atrativo. Estacionamento muito pequeno no subsolo. Atendentes desesperados para completar o checkout: chegaram a invadir, sim! Invadir o quarto 2x para ver se houve consumo de algo do frigobar.

Excelente Estadia e uma ótima localização.

Foi uma estadia excelente! Equipe atenciosa, hotel bastante limpo. Café da manhã bem variado e saboroso. Ótima localização. Apenas no quarto que eu fiquei, ter perto da bancada opções de tomadas de 10A e 20A seria interessante. Ah! E a trava interior da porta é um pouco insegura no quesito da criança abrir facilmente só puxando a maçaneta. Porque o certo seria só girando a trava para depois poder abrir. No mais uma excelente estadia.

Bom hotel . Limpo, bom café da manhã mas poderia ter alguns itens como queijo branco, iogurte ( só tinha de morango) …. E para pedir tapioca ou omelete demorava muito e a gente escutava como se fosse discussão na cozinha. Muita variedade de doces, mas pouco de salgado. Tb tive q pedir toalha de rosto q não tinha
