الفندق جميل و موقعه ممتاز و لكن الاستقبال كان سيئ و أنظمة تعقيدية و تفتيش الشنط وهذا شيء مؤسف للغاية، اول ليلة كان مستوى الازعاج عالي جدا وخصوصا الواجهة البحرية و لا يوجد عزل للأصوات وحجزت إفطار من الموقع ولكن بعد الوصل اتضح أن الحجز فقط كان إقامة ع رغم من عرض موقع هوتيل إفطار و كان السعر غالي جدا مقارنة بالحجز من نفس الفندق ومع وجبة الإفطار قيمتة اقل من موقع هوتيل الخيارات بموقع هوتيل ضعيفة جدا و تحتاج مزيد من العناية و خيارات الإلغاء للحجز لليوم الثاني مستحيلة بموقع هوتيل و التعديل الحجوزات للأسف أيضا سيئة

Like to stay in that place.

Good hotel, much better than Novotel branches in other Saudi cities. Very fresh and clean. Sea view rooms are highly recommended. Pool side is playing little noisy at night. Fish restaurant on M floor is excellent. Irritating one thing, door keys are resetting after each visit of cleaning person. You need to proceed to reception to renew the keys. Drive me crazy when you are coming tired in the evening. Should not happen in 5* hotel.

في اليوم الاول كان الاستقبال غير جيد ولم اجد موظف لحمل الشنطة تعامل بعض الموظين غير جيد تم التعامل معي من قبل المشرف الاستاذ احمد بشكل رائع وتم تمديد الخروج تعامل راقي يشكر عليه

من المستحيل اعادة التجربه مع الموقع والفندق

كانت تقريبا سيئة وذلك لسببان الاول ان الفندق سلم لي الغرف في تمام الساعه ٥ علما ان وصولي كان في الساعه ١ و كان الدخول في الموقع الساعه ٢ السبب الثاني الموقع هوتيلز لم يضيف الفطور في قائمة حجزي وحصلت مشكلة كبيره ولم ادخل للافطار الا بعد شق الانفس و طلبت بتقديم شكوى ولم يساعدني احد ممثلي خدمه عملاء الموقع

Para ser un hotel 5 estrellas y estar en una habitación suite le faltaron condiciones. En el refrigerador solo existía 1 refresco, un agua con gas y un té frío. El primer día consumí todo y no repusieron más el refrigerador. No había opción de frutas naturales en la habitación como se muestras en la fotos pero en realidad no hay ninguna fruta. La carta para pedir el desayuno en la mañana la cual recogen en la noche no tiene toda la información necesaria y no la recogen. Estos son aspectos que se pueden mejorar.
